- Chew & Consume Crystalized Ginger
- Drink Switchell or Natural Ginger Ale
- Add plain yogurt or probiotics to your diet for increased digestion
- Go for a walk
- Drink a hot peppermint or chamomile tea
- Suck on natural Peppermint or Lemon candies
- Try making your own herbal bitter or buy online
- Drink lots of water with a pinch of pink or celtic sea salt
- If you have a baby or toddler, try searching on Amazon under “Gripe Water” for any colic or gas issues
