How Our Family Deals With: Nausea, Indigestion and Upset Stomach

  • No food after 8:00PM
  • Reduce Carbs to Below 130 a day
  • Reduce vegetables or grains that clearly cause gas and discomfort
  • Try Digestive Herbs: Ginger, Cayenne, Black Pepper, Lavender, Chamomile, Goji Berry, Lemon Balm, Dandelion Root, Peppermint, Cardamom, Lemon, Coriander, Burdock Root, Mugwort, Sage, Caraway, Fennel Seeds
  • Try either Apple Cider Vinegar or Baking Soda in Water
  • Try Digestive Enzymes (Our family does Enzymedica Digest Spectrum)
  • Chew & Consume Crystalized Ginger
  • Drink Switchell or Natural Ginger Ale
  • Add plain yogurt or probiotics to your diet for increased digestion
  • Go for a walk
  • Drink a hot peppermint or chamomile tea
  • Suck on natural Peppermint or Lemon candies
  • Try making your own herbal bitter or buy online
  • Drink lots of water with a pinch of pink or celtic sea salt
  • If you have a baby or toddler, try searching on Amazon under “Gripe Water” for any colic or gas issues
